Stress and anxiety can easily get in the way of a good night’s sleep. Stress is any change you must adapt to. Most of the time we think that only negative changes produce stress, however, even positive changes, like going on vacation, having visitors, can produce stress. We can’t avoid stress, but we can have control over how we react to stress.
Stress is an every day fact of life – you can’t avoid it, but there are things you can do to reduce its impact.
Stress can come from the world around us, social situations, how our body feels, and the way we think about problems.
