Keeping active both mentally and physically as we grow older is so important–and yet so easily dismissed. Physical activity does not necessarily mean signing up for a gym membership. There are countless activities you do during the day that can help increase your strength, burn calories, and help prepare you for a good night’s sleep.
Too much activity right before bedtime can act as a stimulant. Find your own balance.
